Sergey Andriyaka Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts

The Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts was founded on December 2, 2002 by the decision of the Government of the city of Moscow.

The founder of the Academy is the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. 

The Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts is a new type of higher art educational institution that has no analogues not only in Russia, but also abroad.

The Academy is the first Russian university that conducts training in a new specialty: "Painting and Fine Arts". Along with the fundamental development of drawing and painting, which is an integral part of the professionalism of any artist, students study various techniques and types of fine art.

The Academy trains artists of a wide profile. The training program includes watercolor, tempera, oil painting, pastel, etching, monumental painting, stained glass, mosaic, Florentine mosaic, sgraffito, sculpture of small forms, ceramics, pottery, modeling and modeling of porcelain, painting of porcelain and ceramics, miniature enamel, the basics of jewelry, book illustration and other artistic directions. 

The Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts of Sergei Andriyaki is not just another educational institution. This is a new look at the future of art education in Russia.
