Over 1,000 children and teenagers took part in the Rosprirodnadzor flash mob
The head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova launched a flash mob in support of environmental conservation "Breath of the Earth" in the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok". Over a thousand children and teenagers took part in it.
The action took place on June 1 as part of the international children's and youth award "Ecology is everyone's business", established by the environmental protection Service.
The flash mob was attended by children from all the Orlyonka detachments. They lined up in a circle, holding in their hands a round flag with a diameter of 15 meters with the emblem of the award in the form of a red-book white bear and a bear. Moving at the same time, the guys symbolically showed how the planet breathes. The head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova took part in the flash mob.
"It depends on each of us what kind of air we breathe, what kind of sea we swim in and what we eat. Do not remain indifferent to the troubles of nature. Each of you can become a real superhero and start saving nature, because ecology is everyone's business. You know about our children's environmental project, many of you take an active part in it, and that is why you are here. There are superactivists who have sent more than 100 works to the competition and brought dozens of friends with them. And there are such as Boris Glushak from St. Petersburg, who created unique projects - the Cascade-1 photobioreactor, which allows to purify the air from viruses and bacteria, and an ecobot that can monitor water basins in difficult places," Radionova said, addressing the participants of the flash mob.
