Children study at the boarding school, some of them also live there permanently.

In total, 9,5 thousand applications were received for the competition, about 6000 works were accepted. The Krasnodar Territory is in the lead in terms of the number of applications, followed by Moscow and the Moscow region. Also in the top five are the Rostov region and Tatarstan. The shortlist of the award includes about 650 creative applications, all of them are published in the shortlist on RUTUBE. All 85 regions of Russia and 27 countries of the world took part in the award. The professional jury of the award, headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V.V.Abramchenko, determined about 200 winners and prize-winners.
