The winners of the Second International Children's and Youth Prize "Ecology is everyone's business" were awarded in the Samara region
On December 21, Yulia Khlynina, acting head of the Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, solemnly presented prizes and valuable gifts to the Second International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".
Ekaterina Rogova received a diploma and a special prize of the Ecology – Everyone's Business award. She has developed a series of board games "Igropoliya" and an eco-route "Man-made forest Trail".
The path is laid to the village of Dubovy Umet in the Samara region and involves a visit to the Nestor Genko Museum, thanks to which a forest has grown in the steppe, protecting villages and fields from the hot wind. Walking along the hiking trail, the tourist will feel the difference between the microclimate of the forest and the open area.
Ksenia Tonkikh also received a diploma and a special prize in the nomination "Ecorisunok" for the work "Threat".
Diplomas and certificates were also received by secondary school No. 148 and the Samara Regional Children's Ecological and Biological Center.
Children and teenagers from the Samara region sent 554 works to participate in the second season of the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".
The award ceremony was also attended by Dmitry Khaistov, Deputy Head of the Municipal Economy Department of the Samara City District Administration, and Stanislav Rogov, Head of the State Environmental Supervision Department of the Environmental Protection Department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Samara Region.
The International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business" was established by Rosprirodnadzor in March 2021 to popularize the topic of ecology and environmental conservation. This year, children from 6 to 17 years old who applied on the website participate in the project www.экологияделокаждого .RF in nine nominations: "Eco-family", "Eco-school", "Ecomir", "Ecoproject", "Ecobloger", "Ecorisunok", "Ecofocus", "Ecomultfilm", "ESG-generation".
