In the Republic of Khakassia, the winners of the II International Children's and Youth Prize "Ecology is everyone's business" were awarded
On December 20, representatives of the Yenisei Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor solemnly presented prizes and valuable gifts to the II International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".
Children and teenagers from the Republic of Khakassia sent 193 works to participate in the second season of the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business", which is 5 times more than the number of works sent in 2021. The total number of works received from Russia and other countries in 2022 amounted to more than 45 thousand.
A diploma from the chairman of the jury of the II International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business" by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko for the project "Clean Air of our city" was received by a ten-year–old schoolboy from the city of Chernogorsk Semyon Kuderko. As one of the ways to solve environmental problems with atmospheric air pollution, Semyon proposed the installation of dust and gas cleaning equipment, an increase in the number of parking lots and highways, the widespread use of alternative fuels - liquefied gas, ethyl alcohol and electricity in the operation of cars. Semyon showed that any step should start with himself, and planted trees, thereby giving an example to adults how each person can contribute to the preservation of the environment.
The 3rd place in the nomination "Ecoproject" was taken by Alexandra Markovich from the village of Abaza. Alexandra spoke about the importance of forest conservation in her project. By her example, she tried to show the accessibility of the project for schoolchildren, the need to draw attention to the problem of restoring forests after fires. She told me how you can grow seedlings at home, and then plant them in the place of the burned forest. This summer, Alexandra grew and planted seedlings on the territory of the nature monument "Abaza forest".
A special prize was awarded to Snezhanna Belonogova from Ust-Abakan. In her cartoon "Once upon a Time there was a Forest," Snezhanna showed the fragility and defenselessness of the ecological system. She told about the consequences of the barbaric attitude of people to the forest and expressed hope for understanding and careful attitude of man to nature.
The Head of the Republic of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov and the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Republic of Khakassia Vladimir Lebedev took part in the awarding ceremony. The participants of the award called on the children to participate even more actively next year in the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".
We wish the winners further success in the implementation of environmental projects in the preservation and respect for nature!
