On December 21, employees of the Yenisei Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor solemnly presented the prize and valuable gifts of the II International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business" to Denis Valkovsky, a schoolboy from the village of Bellyk in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Denis took the third place in the nomination "Ecoblogger". In his video, he spoke about the International Mountain Day, established by the decision of the UN General Assembly. The purpose of this day is to draw people's attention to the importance of preserving mountain ranges. The mountains are a strategically important source of fresh water, a habitat for birds and animals, a repository of rich cultural heritage.

The award ceremony was held in the presence of students and teachers of the school where Denis studies.

Also, the children of Bellyksoy secondary school, who took an active part in the competition, were awarded diplomas of the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".

Recall that children and teenagers from the Krasnoyarsk Territory sent more than 370 works to participate in the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business" this year, which is almost 5 times more than in 2021.
