On December 16, 2021, following the results of the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business", the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Management (Rosprirodnadzor) in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) awarded the winners of the competition from our republic.

According to the results of the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business", the first, second, and third place winners were children and teenagers from 27 regions of the Russian Federation, of which children from our republic became laureates in the nominations: "LET'S SAVE THE PLANET TOGETHER: MY ECOMIR" and "ECORISUNOK".

A student of the 3rd grade of the City Classical Gymnasium, nine years oldArina Nikolaeva from Yakutsk took the third place in the nomination "Let's save the planet together: My Ecomir". The girl was able to convey the essence of the problem of the endangered bird species, which is listed in the "Red Book of Russia", through the "Sterkh" dance, which was choreographed by the gymnasium's choreographer Alexandra Egorova, so that people would take care of it in order to save and preserve it on earth. The jury appreciated the interesting approach to creative work.

Ten years oldMei-Li Mansheeva from Mirny won the hearts of the jury with her original drawing. The girl was able to clearly show what kind of planet it will be if people take care of it, and what it will become if the population pollutes and clogs it. She took the third place in the nomination "Ekorisunok", the mentor of the girl Garmaeva Oksana.

The participants of the award approached their projects very seriously and unusually: they shot videos and cartoons, held actions and flash mobs, wrote articles, prepared radio reports, became young eco-bloggers, understood environmental problems and developed projects to solve existing problems, both of regional significance and nationwide.

The finalists were congratulated by the Acting Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Management (Rosprirodnadzor) in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Andrey Viktorovich Zholudev and the chief specialist of the Ministry of Ecology, Nature Management and Forestry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Nyurguyana Sergeevna Gurinova. The girls were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts, wished further success and remain as active.
