Three educational institutions of the Kursk region were awarded for active participation in the II International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business"
Employees of the Central Chernozem Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor presented awards to institutions of the Kursk region, whose students actively participated in the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business". These are OKU "Kursk Center for Minors", MBOU SOSH with UIOP No. 7 named after A.S. Pushkin, MOU SOSH No. 42, diplomas and personal certificates for seedlings were awarded to school employees in a solemn atmosphere.
This year, children and teenagers from the Kursk region sent 324 works to participate in the eco-award, which is 8 times more than last year.
The award was established by Rosprirodnadzor in 2021 for the purpose of environmental education of children and adolescents aged 6 to 17 years, identifying the most talented children and encouraging them. In total, more than 45.5 thousand applications were received for the Award in 2022.
More than 2.2 thousand applications were received from pupils of orphanages, boarding schools, social rehabilitation centers, correctional schools and kindergartens of compensating type.
Children and teenagers from 89 subjects of the Russian Federation and 33 countries of the near and far abroad took part in the Award.
