Children from the Novgorod region were invited to participate in the international prize of Rosprirodnadzor "Ecology is everyone's business"
On August 16, an environmental forum was launched in the Novgorod region within the framework of the governor's ecological project "ECO-ENVIRONMENT 53", during which representatives of government authorities, heads of organizations implementing environmentally friendly technologies and producing environmentally friendly goods, together with eco-activists discuss issues of ecological development of the region.
Among the topics on the agenda, there are also issues of environmental education, education and upbringing.
Applications for participation in the award "Ecology is everyone's business" are accepted until October 1 in 9 nominations: "Ecomir""Ecoproject""Ecoblogger""Ecorisunok" "Ecofocus""Ecomultfilm""ESG-generation" "Eco-family""Eco-school".
Smartphones, tablets, cash certificates, vouchers to the All–Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok" and travel around Russia - all this awaits the winners and prize-winners of the award established by Rosprirodnadzor last spring.
It is designed to instill eco-habits in children and adolescents, as well as their parents. Environmental education, green volunteering and leadership, encouragement of the most active, talented and gifted children is the main mission of the project. The general partner of the award is the ANO Center for Arctic Initiatives.
