The author, Alexey Mikhailov, came to music in an unusual way: at the age of 14, after complex hand surgeries, he sat down at the piano just to "develop his fingers." But after a few months it became clear that this was not rehabilitation. This is fate.
What started as a stubborn desire to regain the mobility of the fingers, very quickly turned into a great love. The music captured him completely. In two years, he graduated from two children's art schools at once, surprising the teachers with his speed and depth.
At the age of 18, Alexey entered the Prokofiev College of Music at the Faculty of Theory and graduated with a red diploma. And in 2017, the doors of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory opened for him — he became a student at the Faculty of composition. In 2022, Alexey became the best graduate of the year.
He writes everything from gentle lyrical piano music that touches, to modern academic opuses and memorable tracks for the media. His style cannot be put in one frame — he freely travels between genres, and leaves his own recognizable handwriting in each. He has won dozens of national and international composer competitions. Today he is a member of the Union of Composers of Moscow and The Union of Composers of Russia.
Background music is allowed to be used only to create works submitted for participation in the International Prize "Ecology is Everyone's Business"
